Supreme Court Class Proceeding against John Alexander Allen and Keybase Financial Group Inc.
A Class Proceeding has been brought in the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia against:
- John Alexander Allen
- Keybase Financial Group Inc.
If you had dealings with John Alexander Allen or Keybase Financial Group Inc. between March and September of 2007, and feel that you have suffered losses, you may become a member of the Class and assert your claim along with others.
By Order of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, all persons wishing to be included in the Class Proceeding must be identified not later than December 15, 2011.
