Sharon graduated from St.F.X. in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts and has worked for MacGillivray Law Office now for thirteen years. Sharon is the Case Flow Manager and works with Jamie to help keep our cases on track. She is responsible for our firm's limitation calender to make sure all documents are filed within the necessary time. Sharon drafts the Notice of Action and Statement of Claim, this document summarizes the case. Sharon works with our Civil Constables to arrange for personal service of this document on the Defendant. When a case is ready for Trial, it is Sharon's job to prepare a Request for a Date Assignment Conference form to let the Court know when our case is ready for trial dates to be assigned. Sharon plays a key role as the Case Flow Manager and is valued for her experience, diligence, and attention to detail.
